Privacy
I don't collect anything, and this page explains how.
Effective 11 August 2026 · Syntax Labs LLC
The short version
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, trackers, or advertising.
- Syntax Labs apps run entirely on your device. No accounts, no servers, nothing sent anywhere.
- Nothing is collected from children, ever.
- If you email me, I'll have your email address and whatever you wrote. Nothing else.
This website
syntaxlabshq.com is a set of static pages. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no embedded social widgets, and no third-party tracking of any kind. Nothing on this site attempts to identify you or follow you elsewhere.
The site is served by a hosting provider that, like all web hosts, keeps standard server logs. These typically include IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested, and they exist so the host can operate and secure its service. I don't analyse these logs, build profiles from them, or connect them to anything else.
The apps
Syntax Labs apps are built to work without any connection to me. Specifically:
- No account creation, sign-in, or user identifier of any kind.
- No analytics, crash reporting, or telemetry SDKs.
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No third-party software development kits that collect data.
- All progress, settings, and content stay on your device.
If a future app ever needs to send something off the device to work, this page will say so plainly and specifically before that app ships. It won't be buried in a paragraph.
Purchases, if any, are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. I receive aggregate sales reporting from Apple. I never see your name, payment details, or address.
Children
Syntax Labs builds software for children, so this section matters more than the rest.
No personal information is collected from children. None. There is nothing to collect it with — no accounts, no network calls, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party components. A child's progress in an app exists only on the device the app is installed on.
Because nothing is collected, there is no data to request, correct, or delete. If you are a parent or guardian with a question about how an app handles anything, please email me and I'll answer directly.
If you write to me at hello@syntaxlabshq.com, I'll have your email address and the contents of your message, because that's how email works. I use it to reply to you.
I don't add anyone to a mailing list, and there is no newsletter. Messages are kept so I have a record of support conversations, and you can ask me to delete correspondence at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information a company holds about you — for example under the GDPR in Europe or the UK, or state privacy laws in the United States.
In practice the only personal information Syntax Labs holds about anyone is email correspondence they chose to send. To exercise any right, or to ask what I have, email me and I'll respond.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top will change with it, and a short summary of what changed will appear here. Material changes to how an app handles data will be described before the app version that makes the change is released.
